Terms & Conditions for Service

confidentiality

The Consultant (Susan Latremoille) shall keep secret and not disclose any Confidential Information obtained during the consultation and/or administering of the assessment(s).

indemnification

The Consultant shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction or damage incurred by the Client, resulting from the use of the assessment results and/or services, except to the extent that the same can be shown to be due to gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Consultant or her employees. The Client shall indemnify the Consultant accordingly.

Payment for services Rendered

The full balance ($1,295) is due before assessment services begin. After a complimentary consultation to ensure that SuccessDNA is a good fit, the client will be invoiced for payment. Once the payment is received, a time will be scheduled for the client to complete the assessment. There are no refunds on tests that have been ordered.

intellectual property

All results generated by any assessment(s) administered including reports, other documents and materials, shall become the property of the Client.
